Critical Infrastructure Protection Initiative

Welcome to Dalhousie’s Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) initiative. The goal of the initiative is to create opportunities for citizens, industry, NGOs and governments to engage with questions and ideas concerning the management of Canada’s critical assets, exploring technical as well as historic, social, political, legal and economic opportunities and constraints.

We seek to enrich the discussion about the complexity of the infrastructure and the holistic approaches necessary to make it more secure and resilient for the benefit of all Canadians.

This initiative is funded by the Canada School of Public Service’s Innovative Public Management Fund and includes collaboration between the Faculty of Management’s School of Public Administration and the RBC Centre for Risk Management.
